The excitement continues as we count down to our Holiday Skills Acquisition Program!

Today’s spotlight is on one of the children’s favorites—Egg Roll!

As we share today’s flyer, we’re giving you a look at the ingredients our young participants will be using to make delicious homemade egg rolls.

Every ingredient has a purpose, and every step in the process is an opportunity for the children to learn something new. From preparing the dough to wrapping the eggs and frying them to perfection, they’ll gain practical skills while having lots of fun.

More importantly, they’ll learn lessons that go beyond the kitchen:

One of the things we love most about this program is seeing the excitement on the children’s faces as they create something with their own hands. It’s amazing how a simple recipe can become a lesson in confidence, responsibility, and entrepreneurship.
