Introducing the Clare Cares QC-Box: A Little Love for Her Red Days.

At Clare Cares Foundation, we believe that every girl deserves to experience her period with dignity, confidence, and support.

That belief inspired the creation of our Quick Change (QC) Box, a thoughtfully curated care package designed to support girls during their menstrual cycle and remind them that they are seen, valued, and loved.

The QC-Box is more than a collection of items. It is a message of encouragement wrapped in care.

Each box contains essential items to help girls navigate their periods comfortably, and we have created different variations of the box to meet different needs. While the contents may vary, one thing remains constant in every QC-Box: a special affirmation note from us.

Why?

Because sometimes, what a girl needs most is a reminder that she is strong, beautiful, capable, and not defined by her period.

For many girls, menstruation is accompanied by discomfort, anxiety, embarrassment, or even stigma. Through the QC-Box, we want to change that narrative. We want every girl who receives one to know that her period is a natural part of life not something to be ashamed of or afraid of.
