Today’s spotlight is on one of the sweetest parts of our Holiday Skills Acquisition Program—Cookies!

As we share today’s ingredient flyer, we’re giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what our young participants will be using to bake delicious homemade cookies from scratch.

Every ingredient is an opportunity to learn. From measuring flour and sugar to mixing butter and shaping the dough, the children will gain practical baking skills while developing confidence, patience, creativity, and teamwork.

But the best part?

At the end of the programme, every child goes home with something they made themselves.

Each participant will leave with a variety of snacks they prepared during the training including cookies, chin chin, puff puff, buns, egg rolls and soap they made with their own hands. There’s nothing quite like the joy and sense of accomplishment on a child’s face when they proudly take home something they created.

This program is about more than baking and soap making. It’s about helping children discover their potential, build practical life skills, and realize that with the right guidance, they can create amazing things.

We are excited to see our young bakers in action and can’t wait to share their smiles, their creations, and the memories they’ll make along the way.
