Behind every successful Clare Cares outreach is a team of people who quietly work behind the scenes to make everything come together.

Today, we are shining the spotlight on one of those incredible people—our Welfare Officer, Rachael. 💚

Rachael has been incredibly instrumental to our outreach program. From ensuring that everyone is well taken care of to preparing some of the most delicious meals and snacks for our beneficiaries and volunteers, she consistently brings her best to everything she does.

Whether it is preparing food for an outreach, helping with logistics, supporting the children, or simply making sure everyone is comfortable, Rachael shows up.

And what makes her even more special is how deeply she believes in the vision of Clare Cares Foundation.

She doesn’t just participate in our projects—she owns the vision.

Her dedication, warmth, creativity, and willingness to serve have made her an invaluable part of our team. There is always a beautiful sense of care in everything she does, and we are incredibly grateful to have her.
