The Excitement Is Building! Our Skills Acquisition Program Begins on the 27th
The countdown is officially on!
In just a few days, Clare Cares Foundation will open the doors to our much-anticipated Holiday Skills Acquisition Program, and the excitement among the children is simply contagious.
From eager questions about what they’ll be learning to the smiles on their faces as they prepare for the first day, it’s clear that this is more than just a holiday activity, it’s an opportunity to discover new talents, build confidence, and have fun while learning practical life skills.
Starting on the 27th, participants will enjoy hands-on training in a variety of exciting vocational skills, including:
🧼 Soap Making
🥐 Chin Chin Making
🍩 Puff Puff Preparation
🥯 Buns Making
🥤 Zobo Production
To take you along on this exciting journey, we’ll be sharing a series of flyers over the coming days showcasing each skill and the ingredients and materials the children will be using. We hope these sneak peeks will give you a glimpse into the engaging, practical, and interactive experience we’ve carefully planned.
Our goal is to help children make the most of their long holiday by learning skills they can use at home, share with their families, and even develop into future business opportunities. Beyond the practical lessons, they’ll also build teamwork, creativity, confidence, and a mindset that encourages innovation and self-reliance.
We are incredibly grateful to our trainers, volunteers, partners, and supporters who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this program possible. Your dedication is helping us create an environment where children can learn, grow, and dream bigger.
As the program begins, we’ll be sharing photos, videos, and highlights from each session, so be sure to follow our journey and celebrate the children’s progress with us.
Here’s to a holiday filled with learning, laughter, creativity, and new possibilities.
We can’t wait to get started!
Because when we invest in children today, we build stronger communities tomorrow.
See you on the 27th!
