Today, we proudly spotlight the incredible women who will be speaking at our upcoming Menstrual Hygiene Day Outreach in Owerri.

At Clare Cares Foundation, we believe that empowering a girl goes beyond providing sanitary pads, it also means giving her access to knowledge, confidence, mentorship, and real conversations that can shape her future.

This year, alongside distributing menstrual hygiene materials to over 250 girls, our speakers will engage the students in meaningful conversations on:
– Understanding Personal Care
– Understanding Your Menstrual Cycle and Personal Hygiene
– Becoming bold, informed, and empowered young women
